Delivery & Returns Information

We Mattress Mick Superstores provide a delivery service on all our products on a delivery time of generally between 1 – 4 weeks this is subject to a charge for off shore or some rural areas. We tend to get all stock items delivered ASAP while some of our products are bespoke made it can take longer for their delivery. If you are located somewhat in a rural location, this can be another impact on the customers delivery. We work closely with all our suppliers to ensure quality and best practice we also rely on them to keep sufficient stock and delivery, In the sudden event of a late delivery we will update you ASAP. will not be responsible for any delays outside our control. Due to traffic issues and recent RSA driving hours times/ regulations we cannot ensure exact times of each delivery but we will advise on a time slot. It is important for the customer to inform us of your home whether it is a small building, cottage or an apartment with no lift access so our logistics team can plan for the extra delay. If we are not informed we cannot guarantee a successful delivery. It is also very important for the customer to sign each delivery docket for proof of delivery in case of any guarantee policies. If you are not happy with your furniture and a return is made of the product or products with no damage, marks, a non-bespoke order and is returned in its correct packaging within 14 days of the signed POD. The cost of the returned delivery to our head office in Oldcastle Co. Meath will be entirely on the purchasing customer regardless of their geographic location. We reserve the right to change our delivery policy and costs without any prior notices.
